What a class actually looks like

Every Ninjas class follows the same four-part shape, so you always know what you are walking into.

  1. 1

    Warmup and conditioning

Movement prep plus grip, core and pulling strength work, which is what most ninja obstacles come down to.

  2. 2

    Technique stations

Lache swings, rope climbs, wall runs and precision jumps, taught as technique rather than brute force.

  3. 3

    Full course runs

Timed or untimed runs through a full course, so kids link obstacles together under real fatigue.

  4. 4

    Pit games and cooldown

Foam pit challenges to finish, then stretching to protect shoulders, elbows and wrists.

About the class

What Ninjas is

Our Ninjas class is the real thing: rings, bars, warped wall, cargo nets and courses that get harder as the group gets stronger. Athletes learn to read an obstacle, commit and adjust mid-air.

Why this class is different

  • Coaches with gymnastics backgrounds, so upper body strength is built safely.
  • Progressive obstacle levels rather than one course for everybody.
  • Strength benchmarks kids can chase week to week.
  • Crossover skills for parkour, climbing, soccer and every other sport.
