Planning a memorable birthday has never been easier. Our facility is a high-energy, fully supervised venue where guests are immersed in gymnastics, tumbling and adventure from the second they walk in.
Our coaches are elite-level trained and, more importantly, great at making gymnastics fun for every skill level. They run playful gymnastics circuits, tumbling, the ninja area, the obstacle course and the rock wall so every kid is included and moving.
Parents get the easy part: a dedicated party space for food, cake and gifts while our team handles the activities and most of the cleanup.

Birthday party FAQ
- When can I have my party?
- General party availability is Saturday 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
- What does Interstellar Gymnastics provide?
- Tables, chairs, a refrigerator, a stereo system, a designated coach for coach-led gymnastics activities, a free trial class for all newcomers and a special gift for the birthday child.
- What do I need to bring?
- Food and drinks for your guests, decorations, plates, napkins, utensils, tablecloths and a signed waiver for each participant.
- What do we need to do before our party?
- Pay your party deposit to secure the date and time, share the liability waiver with your guests and submit yours, and send a final headcount one week before the party. Gold packages have extra selections, so call or message us ahead of time so we can set them up.
- Is there anything not allowed?
- Alcohol and pinatas are not permitted. Please also note that set-up time counts as Organized Floor Time, which shortens actual coach-led floor time.
- How do I hold my date?
- A non-refundable $150 deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied in full to your party total.
