Assessment in the first minutes
The coach watches the current version of the skill, finds the actual limiter (shape, strength, fear or timing) and builds the hour around it.

Drills and spotting
Progressions, drills and hands-on spotting on the equipment the skill lives on: floor, bars, beam, vault, trampoline or rod floor.

Homework and next steps
You leave with the conditioning and drills to repeat at home or in class, plus a clear read on whether more lessons are needed.

How much are private gymnastics lessons in Santa Clara?
A one hour private lesson is $125 with a staff coach or $150 with Coach Nate. Staff 4-packs are $450 and 8-packs are $800; with Nate, 4-packs are $520 and 8-packs are $880. Packs require an active membership with the $69 annual registration fee.
What ages do you coach privately?
All ages, from preschool through adult. Lessons are built around the athlete in front of us, so beginners and competitive team gymnasts both fit.
Do I need to be enrolled in a class first?
No. Private lessons are open to anyone, including gymnasts who train elsewhere and adults who have never set foot in a gym.
Can two kids share a lesson?
Semi-private lessons are possible for siblings or friends at similar levels. Call us and we'll set it up around coach availability.
How many lessons does a skill take?
It varies. Many gymnasts unstick a specific skill in one to three focused hours; strength or fear based blocks take longer. Your coach will give you an honest read after the first lesson.
