The next level for our youngest ninjas who have outgrown the beginner obstacle course.
Master Ninjas is the advanced ninja class in Santa Clara, CA for ages 7 to 11 who have cleared the prerequisites. The 55 minute class trains harder obstacles, laches, warped wall progressions and competition-style courses. Tuition is $169 a month once weekly and drop-ins are $50 for members. Placement is by coach approval.

What a class actually looks like
Every Master Ninjas class follows the same four-part shape, so you always know what you are walking into.

Warmup and grip conditioning
Serious grip, shoulder and core work, because advanced obstacles fail on strength before technique.

Advanced technique
Laches, cliffhangers, salmon ladders and warped wall progressions, drilled piece by piece.

Course strategy
Full runs with coaching on pacing, transitions and how to recover when an obstacle goes wrong.

Recovery and mobility
Structured stretching for shoulders, elbows and wrists to keep growing athletes healthy.
What Master Ninjas is
Master Ninjas is for the five and six year olds who fly through the Little Ninjas course and ask for more. Same age group, harder obstacles, higher expectations.
