What a class actually looks like
Every Beginner Gymnastics class follows the same four-part shape, so you always know what you are walking into.
- 1
Warmup and conditioning
Running, stretching and targeted strength work so bodies are ready for the skills that follow.
- 2
Event rotations
Small groups rotate through vault, bars, beam and floor, each with a coach and a specific progression.
- 3
Skill progressions
Drills and shaping stations break each skill into steps, so kids earn the full version instead of forcing it.
- 4
Strength and stretch
A short conditioning block and stretching to build the flexibility beginner skills demand.
What Beginner Gymnastics is
Beginner is where most school-age gymnasts start, whether they have never taken a class or have been flipping on the couch for years. Every session covers floor, bars, beam and vault with technique taught from the ground up.
Why this class is different
- No experience needed, and nobody is behind on day one.
- Groups are kept small so every gymnast gets hands-on spotting.
- Structured warmups and conditioning that prevent the habits that stall progress later.
- Many weekday and weekend times, including after-school and Saturday slots.
