What a class actually looks like
Every Advanced Gymnastics class follows the same four-part shape, so you always know what you are walking into.
- 1
Extended warmup and conditioning
Longer strength and flexibility work up front, because the skills at this level are strength-limited.
- 2
Event rotations
More time per event across the 85 minutes, so gymnasts get real repetition instead of a handful of turns.
- 3
Connected skill work
Series tumbling, bar circling skills and beam connections, all coached with spotting and numbers.
- 4
Cooldown and flexibility
Structured stretching to protect shoulders, hips and ankles across a heavier training load.
What Advanced Gymnastics is
Advanced is our longest recreational class, built for gymnasts who already have back handsprings and want to keep climbing without committing to full team hours.
Why this class is different
- 85 minutes, which is the only way to train four events properly in one session.
- Series tumbling and connected passes on rod floor and spring floor.
- Team-level conditioning without the competition schedule.
- Coaches who compete-track athletes only when the family wants that path.
