What a class actually looks like
Every Kinder Stars class follows the same four-part shape, so you always know what you are walking into.
- 1
Warmup and conditioning
A run, stretch and short strength block that builds the core and shoulder strength every skill depends on.
- 2
Event rotations
Groups rotate through floor, bars, beam and vault, with a coach teaching a specific progression at each event.
- 3
Skill drills
Repetition on the skill of the week, with drills and shaping so kids learn the correct version instead of a rushed one.
- 4
Games and cooldown
A structured game that reinforces the day's skill, then stretching and a quick recap.
