What a class actually looks like

Every Boys Team class follows the same four-part shape, so you always know what you are walking into.

  1. 1

    Warmup and strength complex

Extensive conditioning up front, since men's gymnastics is a strength sport before it is a skill sport.

  2. 2

    Event rotations

Floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars and high bar, with assigned numbers on each.

  3. 3

    Routine construction

Skills built into competition routines, then run for consistency under judge-style expectations.

  4. 4

    Flexibility and recovery

Structured stretching and shoulder care to keep athletes healthy through a long season.

  • 175 minute practices that allow full event rotations plus conditioning.
  • Long-term athlete development rather than rushing skills for the next meet.
